  • Key responsibilities:

  • Timely invoicing and collection in the region.

  • Reconciliation with builder at all levels for the collection.
  • Supporting the sales with back end and front end support on disputes.
  • Skill Sets Required :
  • Should have experience in documentation.
  • Should have knowledge of invoicing.
  • Prior Experience in Collection.
  • Good hand on Tally, MS Office.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Reports to : Manager / Sr. Manager - Commercial.
  • Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Sr. Manager/Manager – Customer Service - 1 Position

  • Key responsibilities:
  • The candidate is responsible for improving the customer service processes.
  • Ensure that all client queries/complaints are resolved with-in defined TAT ensuring the highest client satisfaction
  • At time, required to talk to clients, whose queries can’t be answered by his/her team members
  • Keep an open eye for any query/complaint posted by any client anywhere on the web.
  • Train and teach team about customer service and communicating with clients
  • Maintain relevant data and share related MIS with senior management on regular basis.
  • Minimum Educational Qualification: Post graduate degree in Business Administration from a reputed institution
  • Professional Qualification:
  • Relevant experience: At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or client facing role in the service industry.
  • Relevant Industries: Real Estate, E-commerce, Airline/Aviation, Hospitality Experience in defining Customer Service processes and setting up the team
  • Experience in managing team of 10-12 members
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite

UI/UX Designer/ Senior UI/UX Designer - 1 Position

  • Qualifications: B. Tech / GDPD / PGDPD ( NIDs , IITs are preferred)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs
  • Initiate and respond to ideas for innovation/improvements based on research, analysis, and competitive reviews
  • Provide strategic thinking and leadership
  • Conceive, manage, and lead project design from start to finish
  • Identify user needs and business requirements
  • Substantiate design approach with analysis & projections for improvements in key metrics
  • Create design deliverables such as specifications, process flows, wireframes, and mock-ups
  • Work closely with Product team to create world class and usable products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as the greater UX team throughout the design process
  • Collaborate harmoniously with multiple stakeholders to synthesize and incorporate feedback appropriately with equanimity and a user-centered focus
  • Procure buy-in with stakeholders early and often
  • During implementation phase respond to day-to-day questions from developers, product managers & project managers
  • Also work with QA to identify, document, and verify bug fixes
  • Skill Set :
  • Experience in agile methodology and working closely with the immediate scrum team on a day-to-day basis

Executive Field Research – Information Services - 5 Positions

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Identify new projects in defined territory and source all available information – floor plans, location plans, brochures etc.
  • Interact with developer’s sales team and find out market status – prices, sales, construction status.
  • Update information on regular basis in database for further analysis.
  • Skill Sets Required
  • • Open to travel locally. • Should have local geographical knowledge. • Own conveyance is a must. • Should be strong in relationship building.
